Been here a few times service is horrible expect 20-30 minute wait if you order inside, no one acknowledges you if you’re standing there to ask a question. Drive thru not much better line is always backed up.
This worse McDonald's I have ever been too. The people that work there are rude and disrespectful big time. They are out of tea and coffee never in my life if I heard of a place being out of both. My sandwich was hard n the manager Thomas would not give me a refund
I had ordered a Red Bull dragon berry, energizer drink, and I do not get my dragon berry. I might as well I had just went and bought a Red Bull energizer drink from the store because I did not get what I had ordered and then when I turned around to get the one that was remade for me. It was watered down because they made it when I called and not when I got there Edited to mention I went for a refund and was shorted a $1 for my cheese
I placed a mobile order like I normally do. I was there between 9:26 AM and I’m just leaving now at 9:57 AM. Multiple managers ignored me and employees. The only one that spoke to me was Simone. she was running in and out the building sweating bless her heartShe was extremely helpful and got the rest of my order together Management here sucks disrespectful, and are very discombobulated. Simone was great. I really appreciate her. Thank you.
1/5 By far one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and was told the drive-thru was closed, so I had to park, get out of my car, and go inside to the counter. Once inside, I realized I wasn’t the only one having problems. Customer after customer was coming back because items were missing from their orders—fries, burgers, milkshakes, and other items.
