I saw that there was the higher ups in store today and everyone was finally doing their job, Even cleaning the usually really gross floor behind the counter. I am use to this place ignoring us customers up front and it was nice to see that they do know how to do their jobs atleast while their bosses were there watching. Would be nice if they made this a habit but it was enough for me to change my one star to a 2 star. Stay far away from this location, employees are too bust dancing and playing in the back to make food and will openly lie to several customers to get out of doing the most basic of service. Customer Care is no help and ignored me. I had to backcharge my card just to get my money back for the order I never received.
Figured I'd give it a try cash only no sweet tea no ice cream on a Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m. still garbage location lazy or untrained staff, don't waste your time.
