Very rude customer service Manager Kevin was very rude and told me something wasn’t on the menu when it was he insisted I was wrong even though I showed picture of prouduct I’m very dissatisfied and appalled by the way management (Kevin )at this establishment treated us
I have been a regular here and recently they have lost a lot of my favorite staff leaving the people that always have problems. I went to get a few drinks, place my order go to pay out and no one is there, wait while I see my drinks get placed in the window and no one is there still. Finally this manager looking guy who I have known from past times going cannot multitask. Instead of cashing me out after waiting a few minutes now he stands there and takes an order. Most expensive highway McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. $3.89 for a McDouble, $3.39 for a medium fry (?!?), asked for a BBQ sauce at the window and the nice kid working said he’d have to charge me $0.32 for it. Gave me like a dozen ketchup packets instead, shoutout to that guy. Diet Coke mix is wrong, skimping on syrup. Fries were hot and salty, though. Folks working did what they could. Regret not going across the street for Panda!

They have all gone down the new owners are a JOKE. And now you wanna charge 32 cents for sweet and sour you can keep it. Don’t make enough money I guess without charging for sauce wow
