I had to update and reduce my overall rating. Went there last night (2/21/2026) for a Shamrock shake. And lo and behold there ice cream machine is broken. IT'S ALWAYS BROKEN. WHOEVER IS THE FRANCHISEE IS TO THIS LOCATION IS NOT AWARE, DOESN'T CARE, OR VERY CHEAP. IF IT'S A CORPORATE STORE, please investigate. You are losing money 💰 at this location. 10/21/2026 the search for a strawberry shake is also elusive. The shake machine is STILL BROKEN...
They gave me have bitten food and the wrong order this is outrageous. Who gives someone food like this and think it’s okay.
Don't go when they are open for 24 hours. Got there around 3:05 am on Saturday morning. The line was long. So many people pulled off. I ended up pulling off because I sat in the drive thru until 3:20. Got to the speaker and no one ever came on. I rode past the window and I could see employees in there standing around and no one was at the window.
