Tried to get help and they’re more focused on drive thru customers than in house customers I’d understand but it needs to be split equally and inside not treated like they’re nothing
Thieves at this location allowed me to order ice cream in the app. They told me ice cream “was locked” down and l had to get a refund from corporate. Sent a message to corporate and they said l had to get a refund from the restaurant. I’m sure theyknow that only the store can issue refunds. Why do they lie and steal from customers?
