Can't even make a coffe right
Employee accusing me being intoxicated. Refusing service to me for tap to pay. Supervisor saying I can't tap to pay due to employees for intoxication?!?!?! If I was intoxicated I couldn't type correctly!!!! I refuse this kind of service here. POOR SERVICE SERVED THERE DRIVE THROU AND Delivery WINDOW INSIDE!!! Also I went through the drive through, paid for my meal & others in the vehicle. Received a recipe just to pull up to window 2 and be told my order doesn't exist. I love McDonald's and this is a pretty standard McDonald's, no complaints.
My sandwiches were under cooked do to machine failure, but the manager worked with me to replace my sandwiches and refund me for my under cooked sandwiches. GREAT SERVICE!!!!
