Lobby has an unacceptable amount of live flies flying around. In just 12 minutes I was able to spot 7 simultaneously; they're clearly breeding somewhere in what I imagine is a filthy back-of-house

I don't normally rate fast food places because they are what they are but this one was interesting. The app wasn't working correctly, it said that I already had an order but wouldn't give me the code, the associate at the first window was patient and helpful in getting that sorted out. Then at the second window, I asked for an ice water in addition to our order (you can't order one on the app). The associate was very willing to get the water and joked that "it was free". Absolutely amazed last night. I ordered and paid for my meal and sat down to eat it. I young man who was an acquaintance of am employee came in and told the employee to give him two large cups and he went and got his beverages without having paid for them. If the beverage was free why did I pay for mine? In the back near the restroom was an empty table surrounded by personal items, a dog bed, dog food bowl and water bowl.
