Terrible service. Verbally and physically aggressive staff.
Just to make everyone aware to start- Kennedy will be the worst place to come for food in all of Pittsburgh. This McDonald’s is the worst of the worst. One time, my burger was cold. We said it wasn’t cooked at the window, because getting a cold burger, you just assume it’s not cooked. I’m not even joking- the girl touches the burger in the back and yells “it’s not not cooked it’s just cold!” Me and my mom drove off in shock and laughter because how could she not see the issue in that. This McDonald’s has turned terrible. When I had ordered delivery a week ago, my order wasn’t in their system after I had ordered the Grinch Meal. When they finally made my order, they didn’t even put my McShaker Fries in the bag. All they put was the dill pickle seasoning and the little bag that the fries were supposed to be in. No fries!
