Worked fast and hard to get through the long drive through line last time I was there. Staffis always friendly and accommodating.
I came to get breakfast. There was literally no one in the drive through. Ask me to pull to the third window. Because it would only be a minute. Then, I sat there for 5 minutes plus and nothing completely ridiculous. When russ and diane owned a mcdonald's here. In redding, it was never like this
Always someone as you pull out holding a sign 😢 and I know its up to me to contribute but my daughter who has the biggest heart 🥺 will contribute if I don't step up first and I love that she wants to help & save everyone, I just don't want her giving her hard earned money away when I know what its being contributed for (****s 😭) so I end up giving my loose bills. My boys get the happy meals after a good day at school and earn points. Download the app, makes it worth it.
Honestly the most ridiculous McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had three completely separate occasions where I ordered online for pickup and they “lost” my order or gave it to someone else and I had to wait for them to remake my order after they searched for it for about half an hour and still couldn’t find it. If you have to choose between McDonalds or the Chick-fil-A next door, GO TO CHICK-FIL-A!! Had to flag down staff in the back to get help, the food took forever to be made (no, it wasn't busy) & I had to send my quarter pounder with cheese back twice. The first time was because it looked like my hamburger had two bites out of it. Gross! The second time was because there was a hair on my cheese. After that, I asked for my money back.
