This McDonald’s is disappointing every time. The food is always cold and stale, and the workers seem irritated and unmotivated. Most recently, I ordered through the app about 20 minutes before curbside pickup was supposed to close. Instead of letting me know that curbside was no longer available, they had me sit outside “waiting” for 3 minutes. Then, as soon as the curbside closed, they just canceled my entire order and didn't refund me my 6500 points. A little communication would have gone a long way, but sadly, that seems ... read more
