One part of our party ordered at the register, we ordered at the kiosk, they got our food, been around 20 minutes we still haven't gotten ours. The place was super dirty, the drinks in the lobby were out.
Wow. We really spent over $35 here and they still want to charge us for a small water. Ridiculous, considering everywhere else usually gives large water for free.
The McDonald’s in Greenwood at least understands their own broken app system. When the codes don’t work, the managers usually honor the deal because they know the tech is trash. The Broken Hill location? Completely different story. My app pulled the deal up just fine, but at the window they told me “server error” and insisted it was my app, not their system.
