I dont know the gentleman's name that was running drive thru at 11:15 pm last night June 20, 2026 but you sir are ridiculous over sweet and sour sauces that come with my 20 piece nugget. I have a child who has autism and will absolutely not eat without it. This place only hires people who want to collect a paycheck. They give zero cares about the customers. Myself & my husband plus 3 other customers were waiting for service til I got tired of the 5 person gossip group. Seriously, then when the girl FINALLY decided to come wait on us,she treated us as an inconvenience!! Do better. The lobby is filthy theres no straws,lids,soda etc scattered all over the drink stop. Whatever you're paying them is too much for not doing their job. I'd give zero stars if I could
