waited in line for a good 25 minutes. repeatedly said no cheese, still got cheese... and this is one of the better McDonald's. Edit: discovered that my burger was pink on the inside. fries cold
One of the worst run fast food places around. Placed my order on the kiosk and then had to ask about my order after already waiting 10 minutes. I understand being busy but fast food is the name of game and this place sucks at being fast. Also other people waited at the counter and had to ask in order to receive any sort of customer service but before actually being helped out the manager told the lady to place the order at the kiosk for "faster" service.
