I order fries they give me a old cold food I ask for a new fresh made food, the guy took my fries wait a few seconds and bring back the same ones thinking i didn’t notice, I ask again for new fresh made food which is what I paid for and they just put my fries into the oil and refried and bring it back to me spilling disgusting grease.
If you’re eating in the lobby, you might as well forget service of any kind. The workers never pay attention to anybody inside as they are way too focused on the window — and it doesn’t help that this pickup station obscures their view of the lobby. I should not have to stand at the counter and wait three minutes for acknowledgment for a refill, sauce, a straw, or other minor requests.
