The manager who runs this store is a teenager who is self absorbed and leaves mid shift. Dont go here. WORST PLACE EVER. I purposely love going to the ofallon location or Fairview they always get my order right and remember who I am.
Grabbing breakfast for the 1st time in a very long time. I remember why. I understand it's hard being in management, when half the staff doesn't want to work. 93 percent is all ordered via phone app, or walk in kiosk. They no longer really have to take orders. The instructions are printed in black and white. You still have the verbally tell them salt and ketchup, at lunch you still have to tell them what sauce with your chicken. I ordered using the app and picked up at the drive thru, it took them 25 mins to give me my order. They're blaming the quarter pounder. I worked at McDonald's Mascoutah before, we never had that problem.
The employees are all bunched in the back not paying attention to customers coming in to assist them what ever is needed the kiosk is not help because most people don't want to work for there money and have to work for there food and can be difficult for elderly people or mental challenged people to use so they need to hire for someone to strictly run the front only
