Worst Mcdonalds in a 50 mile radius. I live right next to it and choose to drive further to the Fox Lake location. Always the same rude workers. Corporate MCDS gotta lock in.
On October 3rd around 10:20pm, I went through the Drive Thru and the rep taking my order sounded so miserable & unprofessional that it stunned me. It literally made me cringe. On top of that, they got my oder wrong and charged me for two cheeseburgers when I had only ordered one. The owner really needs to pay attention to the customer service there.
Consistency matters and this location is no exception.
Did not get what we ordered. Over cooked burger. Food on floor .
