Wanted an egg cheese and sausage McMuffin and I got one made fresh. Staff were working hard but still friendly.
I ordered food at 10:10 but because I got there 2 minutes later than breakfast I was refused my food that I already paid for. Insane.
I ordered ahead through the McDonald’s app, but something came up and I picked up my order about 40 minutes later. When I arrived, the staff started loudly making sarcastic remarks and joking about my mobile order with other employees in the kitchen, right in front of me. It was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I just wanted to ask — is there any policy that discourages customers from ordering ahead? I used the app exactly as intended, and I don’t think it’s acceptable for staff to mock customers like that.
