The bathroom and lobby was extremely dirty. I had to ask if I was to get my own cup as no one was at the counter
My husband and I just ordered through the app and we received 2 medium fries and 2 x10 piece chicken nuggets. We pulled up to the window and the lady asked us to pull up to number 1 that they were still working on our order. Then we proceeded to wait 5+ minutes and when they brought our food out to us it was Luke warm. Why make us wait if you weren't giving us fresh food?
If I could give zero stars, I would. The smell of old grease hits you before you even get to the window. I watched a manager drop a spatula on the floor, pick it up, and keep flipping burgers like nothing happened. This place isn't just slow; it’s a health code violation on wheels. My kids got sick after eating here last Tuesday. Stay far away unless you enjoy food poisoning
