Apparently only the morning shift that has adults working, can actually get the job done. But my goodness - Anytime after 3pm has the absolute worst service. It’s 7:30pm and my husband went to pick something up. He told the girl over the speaker that the order was incorrect on the screen. She added something extra and said she had to get the manager to remove it but the manager wasn’t getting to her. Waited 10 minutes while the workers were starring at me to get my cups
Worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. It’s the closest to me so I keep trying but every time the food tastes old, the service is horrible and the manager (rozio) is rude and disrespectful on more than occasion. I ordered a frappe and it was half full so they told me they would remake it and had me pull up. I was waiting 6 minutes so at that point I went inside and they weren’t even in the process of making it. They acted as if I was the problem and still, my frappe was given to me half full.
