Burger was messy. Ketchup and onions falling off the burger. Not able to eat while moving.

Could not make the chocolate shake I ordered. Did not offer a refund. Items missing from our order. Went to counter to try to get missing items and staff was messing around and not paying attention. They asked a staff member to clock back in after her break and she was mad and vocalized it and sat at the table for an extra 5 minutes. Man who appeared to be friends with the staff stood at counter distracting them from working to the point they were ignoring customers.
