It's McDonalds....the food is by design, pretty much the same everywhere. The food here was on par. Only difference is service. Stopped in Story City and ordered a value meal....burger and fries. I placed my order. Paid. Waited 3-4 minutes while the truck in front of me waited. Pulled up to the window and was told to pull ahead and waited another 10 minutes. All the while, cars were being serviced and passing by me. I ordered my value meal with no cheese. So I thought....maybe that's why it took so long. Well.....take a look... read more
Improvements in consistency and quality is slowly improved every day is something. Never know rolling the dice. Lately lack of cleaning
Did dine in, no leadership on hand, never was able to get the food I ordered(no special requests) . At 45 minutes I gave up and ate what they served, food arrived cold. tables were dirty. Kiosk ordering pretty much required as nobody would come to the counter.
