Tried to use a code for a discount on a Quarter Pounder, asked if the code worked on meals, and was told yes. Finished out order, then went to pay, cashier didn't confirm total when taking my card, and found out after getting our food that we had been charged for a second Quarter Pounder without us knowing until we looked in the bag. This is not the first time they've gotten our order wrong here, but its the first time they added on to our order without our knowledge or consent. Very frustrating.
This is only the second time we have been here. Both times we have used the mobile app for carside delivery. NEVER AGAIN!! The exact same thing happened both times we were there, so I'll only talk about yesterday when I was there. I placed the order at 8:36 pm for carside delivery. Got there, entered our spot number and sat and WAITED!! We watched countless cars pull in, go through the drive through, and leave with their food. My app told me my food was ready at 8:38 pm. Good except the local kids were using the play area and running around the entire restaurant in stocking feet and spilling drinks all over.
Average food, very slow service...
