They are never ready for customers in the morning when they suppose to be open. I place an order every other morning through the app before I leave my house and when I get there they are not ready and I have to wait. Today no one answered the speaker so I had to knock on the window to get their attention. I waited over 15 minutes to get my food. I will drive a lil farther to make sure my order is ready and I won't be late for my appt. If you open at 4:30 am be ready then.
Worse in the world gave me a frozen chicken mcgriddle yes im calling idph
this place should just be drive thru bc they don’t pay attention to you at the counter. everytime im here im waiting 15+ minutes either for my mobile order or to be greeted.
