Service is slow, but food is fresh.
Everything about today's visit was awful. Took 30+ minutes to get our food, but then the food was cold and the order was wrong. Ordered a sprite but all three machines had mostly soda water with a hint of sprite. The sweet tea was left out over 2 hours after the expiration time. Got a refund. Also the AC was broken or something because it was so stuffy and sticky inside that I opted to wait in the 90° F heat outside rather than wait inside.
Will pull you to a parking spot from the drive thru to wait on your food. Waited on my order for 18 minutes. Saw 2 sets of vehicles go through. Place is a disorganized, improperly run establishment.
Steak egg and cheese bagel was old cold no sauce on it at all had to wait 30 minutes for 2 iced coffee that was nasty … its to many ppl on morning shift including a manager yall really need to do better MCDONALDS
I just would like to congratulate the owner and his family for totally ruining an icon of a restaurant. Had a sausage egg and cheese this morning the meat is different the sausage I totally feel that I wasted my money going to that McDonald's and a line is too long and a sandwich is worse than even that hot never going back to that place again and if you're smart you were neither.
