We arrived at the McDonald's 10min before close and after viewing their featured Big Arch meal I was told by the drive thru speaker that the only thing I could order is French Fries and Water. I found this rude and very unprofessional. In my opinion if they cannot serve 98% of what is on the menu they should adjust their hours to accommodate this disappointment.
Your employee told my friend she needed to come inside to pick up her mobile order, even though she had her McDonald’s App order ready at the window. She orders from McDonald’s frequently and currently has 40,170 points on her app- and never before has she been treated with such disrespect at McD’s.
