I did a curbside pickup with the app. A lady brought me someone else's food. Then, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes for my food. So much for fast food. This place doesn't know what fast food means. The service is always slow. And my meal came with 2 medium fries that we're not even close to being filled. I'm tempted to delete the app and stop coming to any McDonald's anymore. It's not worth it.
I’ve never had an experience bad enough to leave a review like this before. Everything started off fine until I got to the first window to pay. There was a woman making Happy Meal boxes, so I waited a moment for her attention. She looked at me, then looked back down and ignored me, so I pulled up to the second window instead. Order from here, went to the window and the lady was playing on her phone not paying attention so I went to the next window and she called out the window saying come back. Then I had issues with paying because everyone was either on their phone or just not understanding. I’m not sure if it was a manger or just a regular worker but she was coming at me with a lot of attitude which mind you I’m just trying to get my food and go.
