Terrible experience. The fountain drinks didn’t work, and the employee was clearly annoyed when I asked for a different drink without ice since the kiosk didn’t allow it. My dad and boyfriend never got straws. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes trying to get ketchup and napkins while four employees, including a manager, ignored me—even after saying “excuse me” multiple times. I'm not one to complain but, at 8:30am the food should not be cold, it should be fresh and hot and shouldn't taste like it's been sitting there for hours
opened bags and they forgot a whole quarter pounder & then a hamburger. what appeared to be a manager on march 5th at 10:00pm got a horrible attitude and yelled at us that it wasn’t in their “landing”. got home and opened my kids happy meals and sat it up and in both their 6 piece happy meals was 4 nuggets!! 😡 didn’t know i’d have to also go through my kids happy meals and nugget boxes!
