Good afternoon, excuse me, but this McDonald's is the slowest in all of California. I've never waited so long in line, inside, and at the drive-thru you need about 40 minutes to be able to leave in an orderly fashion. I don't know if they don't have enough people or if they don't know how to organize themselves. It's one of the worst McDonald's in Los Angeles
We asked for buffalo sauce and they gave us BBQ, line was way too long/ taking too long & we asked for crispy fries and they’re barely warm.
Double check your orders 99% of the time they get it wrong or you will have missing items. I called to let them know and gave me attitude for their mistake drive a few more minutes to the next McDonald’s its not worth the wait or patience
This is not fast food. Always chaotic. Most of the times slow
