Somehow our order got misplaced and they forgot about it. When we went to the counter and just asked about it. The manager apologized and immediately went back and made it herself. She offered us dessert for having to wait. We were not upset to the least, but she went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. We will be back for sure. Whis this one was closer to home. We would be there all of time. Thank you for the great service and hospitality. The manager really lives customer service. Bravo!
Served by a woman named Jen who was somewhat nice to the cistomers but I vould hear her being mean and unprofessional towards her staff. Food was alright, but it's mcdonalds
