The last time I came here, the guy that was helping me was super helpful. I wish I had gotten his name or remembered more details about him. He was a Black guy and I can't remember if he had long hair or not. Today when I went in a little before 5pm, a customer was telling the staff that they'd forgotten something in his order. Vanilla shakes are the main thing I like to order but the machine seems to be in cleaning mode or down as they will say, the food is good and seems fresh but something needs to be done with the shake machine company it shouldn't be so difficult to clean it and take so long considering how fast McDonald's is known for making everything else, 7 out of 10 times I don't end up getting a shake which is a big letdown for me personally I'd rather have a shake and or breakfast than anything else
Always quick and friendly service!! If a mistake is made I've never had an issue with reporting it and getting it corrected immediately without hesitation, which I greatly appreciate!
