I order bags of ice from this location often and today the young lady handed me the bag and it spilled inside of my truck. She goes on to say oh I’ll get you another bag. She comes back to the window and I asked is it closed this time? Yea they just tell us to twist it. No! Not true….I’ve never received a bag of ice opened before and no apologies and she didn’t fill the bag. I really think it should have been complementary but I don’t know what I was expecting. Very disappointing.
Worst McDonald’s ever literally waited 30 minutes for a mobile order after it had said it done ready for 20 minutes ridiculous Manager comes over is like I’m the manager. Looks like she’s 15 literally could care less. They dropped my sticker. That’s why my order wasn’t ready. didn’t offer anything didn’t offer an apology. Nothing people are just waiting lined up this workers there are on their phones, touching their phones and then touching our food. Gross
