This is the slowest restaurant I have ever ordered food from. I mean it. Over a 10 minute wait for one item. Nobody behind the counter acknowledges my existence. Find any other McDonald's. This place isn't worth your time. Oh. And then they got more order wrong. And I waited again.
Sooooo, I'm Standing in line and I see people behind the counter moving around. But nobody is taking orders. So I ask is anyone taking orders. I was told that he couldn't take orders at the counter because he has drivethrough to take orders for. I've been standing her for 10minites behind this old man. NOBODY HAS COME TO TAKE OIR ORDER! They are literally walking past like we are not here.
I ordered ketchup for my nuggets and a Diet Coke l. I got neither. No sauce and a got a normal coke. Trash.
Ordered 2 big breakfast and didn't get sausage, mentioned it to the employee who told the manager, who then had him come check, (really)? Worst service ever
Found my last BTS Tiny Tan at this location! Excellent customer service!
