When they get it right it's great. Some employees have no clue how to ring things up which leads to the costumer being over charged. Ordered a Hot Honey Mcrispy, was rung up for a spicy mcrispy add bacon. Not even close to the same thing. Another time I asked for a Bacon and Cheese Qtr Pounder. The girl got so confused then rang me up for a bacon qtr pounder add bacon. 1.99$ upcharge for extra bacon which I didn't ask for. They also put the drinks in the wrong size cups.
