I know it's fast food and one probably shouldn't have any expectations. However, it'll be nice if I request hot food and actually get it. Friendliness and smiles can easily be overshadowed if the food is already below par and customer requests are not met. If not for the frequent app deals and so much points one get from spending as little as $1, plus a free burger and drink each week). I wouldn't go near a McDonald's based on my last 5 visits.
Terrible customer service with a manager named “Iris”. Unprovoked hostility from jump! I don’t know if she was tired because it was 1am but she had very poor customer service. Wasn’t even able to get food.
The employees in the early morning shift are terrible. A drive-thru is made to expedite orders, but here it takes you 20-30 mins to get your order. Does anyone from the management really read these comments or care at all? I don’t think so…that’s why McDonald’s is the lowest on the spectrum of best fast food restaurants.
