Poor Customer Service Experience the employee was dismissive and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issue. I hope management provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect and efficiency.
Not sure if it was a one time thing but at 1am there was no one answering the ordering mic or at the first window and the lady at the 2nd window didn't know how to see my mobile order and just asked what I ordered, then took ages getting it
The food is sometimes fresh. The day staff are always the best if you want fresh food night shift on the other hand….. It’s this women that works the drive thru overnight she is very rude and doesn’t even pay attention when people are in the drive thru I had to speak first. why do I have to speak to you first. That was the worst tasting ice cream I have ever had from a McDonald's. Did they thoroughly clean it? I had to go to another McDonald's to make sure I'm not tripping and I'm not!
