Went to drive through, got home, opened bag. Bug was in the chicken nugget box. Looks like a roach. Put a Pringle lid over it to take pictures for the store. Called them, they offered replacement food and were very dismissive. Called customer service and was routed to some foreign call center. Don’t want free food, it’s just nasty.
Visited late at night it was packed but the service was fast and accurate.

It's a McDonald's. So, if that what you are expecting, you've come to the right place. I only come here when there's a happy meal toy of interest or for Sprite. My daughter insists McDonald's sprite is different and better than anywhere else. So those things generally aren't problematic. Could the people be friendlier? Probably. Could it be cleaner? Probably. The food is McDonald's food and the atmosphere is McDonald's in Cove. Again, it's McDonald's. You get what you get.
