Bad customer service ordered an ice cream cone they didn’t rung it up i reordered at second window black girl working there gave me an attitude so i just decided to leave they need to work on their customer service .

Love the fact that this Mcdonalds is still serving egg cheese bagel on its online ordering menu and not trying to rip off customers money by having them pay for a Bacon egg cheese bagel which is pricey if you dont eat bacon, or are a vegetarian customer.

Whoever that lady who's working the cashier/ food for people inside please don't say a bunch of nonsense to me about mobile orders saying it was my family member fault. Family member orders a mobile order pick up while she was at home. I drive up there to get it just to hear we never received it. Then she says "oh you need to bring the phone that you ordered from up here, so we know when to start making your order. No fast-food chain works like that. Most ridiculous setup for mobile orders. Wont let use drive through even after store closes. Have to park, walk over and ring a bell? Also dont start food until after arrival. So do you stand outside in the cold for 15 minutes? Walk back and forth car to doorbell window? Ridiculous. If cant use drive through at least bring food to car. But guess point of this establishment is to inconvenience and waste peoples time. FAIL on all points
