Mobile ordered food at 9:20 p.m. Got there at 9:30 p.m. for 2 McChicken, 2 fries, 2 4-piece nuggets, 2 small drinks, and a large fries. Upon arrival, drinks were given and was told to move to third window because chicken was not ready. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came out to give us food. Meanwhile, 4 cars behind us got food and left. I walked back to the 1st pick-up window and found out they forgot about the order (claiming shift change and new person did not know). Poorly run location. Will not come back.
Came here this morning and they said they were just opening up and it’s damn near 9 am. Did an online app order. I told them I would wait bc I’m broke and needed this to eat. I had used my reward points. They did not care and had no sympathy. This is a mcdonald’s that i always go to. I don’t know if I’ll be returning bc that’s foul to not have a heart. I was willing to wait for my order as well but she didn’t want me waiting and that was clear. If you have another mcdonald’s you can go to then that would be the best bet.
I waited one hour for someone to come give us our food but we got a completely different order. Had to go inside and wait to be able to ask for our food.
