Came through drive thru, made my order at the menu then went to the window Noone was there, 2 mins at window the young lady came around the corner with 2 phones in her hands and facetiming someone, clearly distracted and not there for work. Then after taking my payment went straight back to her FaceTime call. That is rude not good quality work. Personal phones should not be allowed in the work area.
