I went threw the drive through and I was the last one in line, I didn't wait but 1 minute and I mean its McDonalds so the food was cheeks. But i need to talk about this dude, he kept handing me straws. I didn't even order a drink, I got 6 straws before he stopped and ask. "do you need straws?" I said yes and he handed me another 3 of them which would come in clutch for when I got thirsty and bought a small water and I proceeded to drop and ruin 8 of the 9 straws given. Improved alot in the last year food is better so is the service
Stopped and used 3500 rewards points for a vanilla iced coffee..I got it and it looked correct, however I got back to the car with it and took a sip and it tasted like black coffee water..honestly the taste was so much more bitter and awful than what it would’ve been with just black coffee so I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say there’s a possibility that their mixes for the iced coffees are expired with the god awful taste I got from it. I’m calling corporate and I’m damn well gonna get my points refunded or else. I know... read more
McDonald's needs to take some business advice from Chick-fil- A on how to keep a drive thru line moving. This location is the absolute worst in WNC.
