The ice cream machine works don't tell anybody
Never get the order right, always crabby and un kind, like serving the food you order is an inconvenience. Literally just chuck peices of the hamburger in a wrapper and hope it assembles itself. McDonald's is no longer affordable or really even edible. Go to Wendy's just down the street, you won't regret it.
I am actually embarrassed that this is in OAKWOOD. Workers literally have no idea what they're doing....worst McDonalds I've come across
Not so bad for a McDonald's in a bad area. Service quality is hit or miss depending on the day but the food has consistently been okay.
Lady at drive trough was a jerk and placed an order at 10:15 when they close at 11 and when we got to the window she continued to tell us we can’t place an order after 11 and then was very rude and before tending to the drive trough window shut off the lights. Very rude and disrespectful would not recommend.
