Outside was dirty @ drive through. Famous fries were not warm nor hot.... Cashier was rude.
This place is horrible. I can’t believe the owner has these types of employees working here. The manager that rang up our order was very rude and unprofessional. She messed up on our order and wouldn’t fix it. We ended up having to purchase the extra items since she didn’t make it a combo. I also heard her screaming at her employees and them bad mouthing issues with customer's. Everyone could hear all their drama through the entire restaurant. Do better McDonald’s this is just pathetic.
If you are in a hurry in the mornimg DO NOT go here. it takes 10 mins just to have you order taken at the drive through. then another 10 mins just to pay and get your food. I know its not a glamorus job but the employees act like they dont care either. I dont know what has happened but with in the last month thier service has gone down hill around 6:00am.
This location is getting worse by the day. No one wants to take order at the drive thru (waited over 10 minutes just to be told to keep waiting- nothing). No one wants to do their jobs? Went to Jack In the Box across the street and they actually take my order.
