The employees ignored us. We waited several minutes in the drive through line to be told they were not taking any orders because they didn’t have enough staff. It was weird for them to be “open” but not taking any orders. There were three other cars that were told the same after wasting our time.
If I could put 0 stars I would. We waited half an hour in the drive thru only for them to not get our order right. The lady gave us attitude and was actually on her personel cell and said we can only get one sauce for our four meals. And when we finally went inside to complain, a man inside said he’d been waiting 40 minutes for our order. Came to redeem a quarter pounder with my points. Gave my code at the drive thru and for whatever reason they told me to wait on the side then gave food to 3 cars after me in the drive thru and even some to curbside after 10 minutes I asked about my burger inside and it was sitting on the counter forgotten about. Terrible experience off something so simple.
Drive thru and service is so slow, probably not ordering here again
