Uriel, the manager, would not replace the dollar drink I ordered on the app with the one I wanted and also refused a refund. He claims that only the app can refund my money but after speaking to corporate they did inform me that Uriel was lying as I knew he was. All he had to do was give me a coke instead of an HI-C as a replacement but he refused that as well as the refund. Now I have to talk to the regional manager or whoever to get my money back because Uriel is a jerk and has refused to refund my money after a week.
I want to recognize the improvement we are seeing in customer service. Your effort in being friendly, attentive, and focused on the guest experience is making a difference. We noticed a new management in the past few months really make big change.
