Restaurant was not very busy but my order still took 15+ minutes. The tables still had food on from the night before. Worst franchise I've visited by far... Should have looked at other recent reviews before stopping on my way through.
They took quite long to get our food (2 sandwiches and a burrito) and it took my boyfriend walking in and asking for our food to get it. There was a line of cars waiting outside. The response from the worker was they were waiting on hash browns to get all the orders out. There were 6 employees there that could've sorted it out but they couldn't figure it out.
To be honest, it’s hit and miss here.. the food’s always good, but sometimes the service can use some improving!
