We ordered on the road for a pick up at the restaurant as we are hauling a 22 ft. trailer that is too large fir the drive through. When we got there and parked in their large back parking lot, I walked to the front and stood outside in the cold in slot #2 for pickup. After 20 minutes of waiting my husband and I went inside, they claimed to have never received our order.
