i placed a mobile order for breakfast. Got to the store and they said they didn’t have it and can’t refund me. Didn’t offer to do anything just that it has to wait to fall off after a certain amount of time then I’ll get refunded. Extremely mad and disappointed. Never coming to this location again. I’ve had multiple issues with this location and this was the cherry on top.
Got the $6 McDouble meal deal. Upgraded from a small to a large drink for 40 cents. Fries burning hot. Burger also actually hot. Nuggets were about average. Upgraded my drink to a large cause I walked in dying of heat stroke. Cooled me down quick and yeah Diet Coke is still amazing. Way better than the Wendy’s right next to wright state cause that place gives you everything cold unless it’s a frosty cause then you aren’t getting it.
Horrible service at 6:30am. No one was at drive thru for 10 min. Dont know why I waited that long. Crapy service overall
My cat loves food from this location. Update my cats dead. And the only other worse McDonalds in Ohio is the one on Union Center in West Chester. Sloppy food, salty food, looks like it was stepped on, slow service, rude service, orders that aren't right. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one
