Staff suck and talk about customers they don’t clean the tables and dont pay attention to customers
Went through the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes for 1 burger and 1 lrg fry. The employees were standing on there phones chatting. This is fast food that’s why there is a drive thru. Also I have a baby crying in the car.
Ordered in the drive thru, was told to wait out front for my medium fry to finish. 5 minutes later, I go inside, said I was in a hurry and asked for my order. Got a deer in the headlights stare, told them what I ordered and another guy gave it to me. Fry was not fresh. TLDR, don't let them make you wait out front, stay in the drive thru or they'll forget about you.
On multiple occasions I have went thru the McDonalds in Battle Mtn. Nevada's drive thru and had to wait 10 or more minutes. Today took the cake, waited 12 minutes then asked if they were still there. The lady answered be with you shortly, I asked why it was taking so long and she replied, "Have you seen the lobby?" The drive thru line was backed up 7 cars deep and 3 of those cars got tired of waiting.
