Stopped around 11:30. Took 27 min to get our food. The place was maybe 25% full? Tables were dirty. Can't even get your own pop. Long line for refills... Just a bad experience. Food was fine. Priceswent up too... $6.50 for a kids meal is nuts. Culvers is a way better deal for the same price.... 🤦♀️
Tired of missing items in my bag, seems to happen more than it doesn't. It's annoying as hell to pull forward from the window to have someone read off my receipt, give me my bag, and go back inside to learn something is missing. No value anymore and I'm getting robbed over cheeseburgers. Get me out of this bad dream.
The drive thru service was horrible. Management was even worse. I'll never eat at ANY McDonald's location again. Fortunately Burger King was across the street. As a disabled veteran who is hard of hearing...I didn't appreciate the rude service from the young man at the drive thru. I would never visit this location again. I'll never go to any McDonald's location again.
The drive thru young make provided horrible service saying he would not deal with me because I couldn't hear and he gave me the wrong information. I have 12 hours to drive today and this was a horrible start. I haven't been to a McDonald's in 3 years and now I 100 % will never buy anything from any location. Fortunately there's a Burger King across the street and the food isn't as cancerous...and neither were the employees. The manager at McDonald's was as bad as her employee.
