another poor mcdonalds experience, went thru a drivethru and they made me wait in a stall for my drink...i waited about 15 minutes before i just went in and they completely forgot. while i was waiting i saw another person waiting for his food and was trying to ask someone at the counter where his food was, that worker's response was "i am actually clocking out so I can't help you" and just walked away from the counter. really poor service...really disappointing experience.
Place sucks. Every mobile order I make, I wait an additional 30 minutes before getting it because I know they’re slow, and every time I arrive, they haven’t even acknowledged that I placed a mobile order.
I just want to say that the staff at the drive-thru windows are very nice and personable. But, I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in probably 2 months and this morning I finally caved. Well, I got handed cold breakfast burritos… not how I wanted to start my Friday
