Always check your bags before you leave. Several times I have ordered from this location and I find out later that they forgot one or two items.
This place used to have the rudest staff in Bozeman. Told me I had to go around to the drive thru to pick up an order even though it was sitting in front of me. It's gotten better, the last 2 times I picked up the atmosphere behind the counter was more positive and orders were on time. THEY EVEN STILL HAVE THE PLAY PLACE! Horrible, these clowns cant even get sweet tea with extra ice correct. I wish high schoolers worked here instead of ppl that cant speak english and dont even care how to make a 3 ingredient drink correctly. Make McDonald's Great Again.
Every time I’m at work and DoorDash my food from here. They’re rude to my delivery driver, they always give me the wrong order, and they always try to tell me I’m in the wrong and that’s how it came through. The one on main is also cleaner and the staff is nicer.
