Quick service at the drive thru.
I waited over 20 minutes for my food in the drive-thru. The girl working at the window around 8:00 PM didn’t give me a receipt or tell me the total. I ended up going inside to ask for my food, but even then, they didn’t give it to me and just kept me waiting.
The area supervisor told me this morning at the Belgrade location that the ice cream machine had been fixed at the Bozeman location but the employees don't want to do their job and said it still down probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to
The service was terrible, couldn't understand the cashier because of language barrier and our orders were messed up
They were insulting to my husband very rude n incompetent as well as they tried to blame my husband for the smell of there own restaurant. I refuse to have any part of ur judgmental bullcrap and I hope this makes it to the head of mcdicks.
