Found a screw in my drink. Showed to manager and all she could say was sorry. Not even a free drink or meal or anything. It was in the ice machine. Ice melted and screw fell to bottom of drink lol
Tonight's service took a hit. I asked the counter manager to check the balance on 2 gift cards. He did say they were $10 & $5. So I ordered 2 $5 meals totaling $10. He failed to return the $5 gift card to me. Either he was distracted by another employee or from the order box in the drive thru. I don't know which. I tried calling several times. And no one answered the phone. So I guess I'll try again in the morning once they've opened.
Food was great, order was correct. The only con was I couldn't understand what the employees were saying at either window. One was a lady with an accent and the other was a guy that didn't have very good customer service and was hard to understand.
My husband and I stopped here for breakfast along our travels. We both raved about how cool the place looked as it’s an old-school McDonald’s. Not only did it have a great vibe, it was spectacularly clean and very well maintained. I think the best part for my husband, besides the VERY tasty food served fast and hot, was the fact that he got to place an order with a real person!
