My partner and I stopped at this location around 9pm this Tuesday. While placing our order in the drive-thru I genuinely thought we were talking to an AI bot at first because of how cheerful and friendly this employee was. I wish we had caught her name so I could mention her properly, her service was so excellent despite her being seemingly the only person manning any of the drive-thru stations. Don't order any changes to your food or the person cooking will mess with it. Don't order breakfast after 9:45AM because they will be "out". For over a year: Every time I come for breakfast between 9:45 to 10:30 they are "out" of biscuits, or sausage, etc. I say I'll wait, so then they magically have it but they say it will be 5 min wait, they will park me for 20 to 40 min before bringing it out. This place is filthy, dirtiest McDonald's I've seen. Yesterdays food mess and stains in the dining area. Pretty gross, shows lack of care… we had our online order refunded and left. Kitchen area was also a mess…
Worst Location Ever. Couldn't complete my order and also couldn't refund it. It cost me the price of my lunch to learn to never go to a McDonald's ever again!
There is no service. Heavily short staffed. Not staffs’ fault. They have been running their ass off. I have been standing at the front cashier for 20mins not a single person came to ask me for order. Worst service for fast food! It is not even fast!
