Drive through is NOT open at 5am When you go to a restaurant that is supposed to be open at 5 am (drive through) because it's the only option and you need your morning coffee, but it's closed, you can't give it more than on star.
We sat in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of us(1 was ordering but sat waiting for the employee to take their order). It was about 10:50 pm when we arrived in line. Then at about 10:58pm they sent 3 of us that had been waiting home stating by the time they would take our order it would be 11pm and they're closed. Bad customer service.
Slow service, dirty bathroom, only one working kiosk, no counter service, probably the worst McDonald's visited.
A one star only because at least you were open, or at least I thought so. In line at drive through for 13 minutes and the line didn't move. I have never seen such slow service. Been like this for years, get it together. Getting exactly what order is a challenge as well, I as two cars behind me left before order, great business model (NOT)
