I’d say 80% of the time the staff here is decent, whether you’re in the drive-thru or inside. You do get the occasional bad experience with someone who lacks the maturity to leave their personal issues at the door, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to get a meal. The food is usually hot and about as good as McDonald’s gets, but the real issue is the cost. McDonald’s isn’t a cheap brand anymore. The food is what it is. But the atmosphere and service is out of control. The manager on shift 3/27 at 5pm was an absolute disrespectful person. One of his employees came in and clocked in probably from lunch or whatever and he just started ripping into her about talking on shift and that she should be doing what she’s paid for. All of this in front of customers. Those conversations should be in private, for the employees sake and the customers. He then turned to another employee and was talking about her.
