We went the one on Highway 157 in Cullman, it was a busy night, they were slammed. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name that waited on me. I had two orders, she was a young Hispanic lady, with a red shirt on. I am guessing she’s a team lead, but she was kind and courteous, she got everything right on my orders it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely go back to this store!
I ordered on the app then in the drive through there was an issue so I had to reorder and pay twice. The food was old, cold, and inedible. Rude service in the drive through. I will never go to this McDonald’s again.
