I should not have to specifically request that my food be cooked fresh but that is what is necessary if you want food that has not been sitting under the heat lamp too long. My chicken sandwich was literally so dry that I couldn't get a bite without half the sandwich trying to tear off with it. Yes I should have returned it, but I didn't have time that day, and I didn't have anything else to eat, so I tried to eat it and then went hungry. Nuggies and a dirty DP
Food was cold. Ice machine was broken. Took 30 minutes to take my order and then the food was made wrong. Lobby was also filthy.
