Did app order, arrived at 10:30 wasn't greeted with a hello or welcome. "Unless your door dash were closed" I responded with I have a mobile order, "all our food is frozen and we already threw everything away" I responded with the app says your open till 11 same as Google. "We changed our hours". I left with no food and now I will have to wait up to 7 business days to receive a refund through the app.
The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And trust me, I’ve been to McDonald’s restaurants across Europe, Asia, and Africa—this one is by far the worst. The wait times are unbelievably long. They simply can’t keep up, and it’s not even because they’re busy. There aren’t that many customers. The real problem is that the staff is incredibly inefficient.
