The food is good but the service is horrible it can be slow at times but more than anything it's just inaccurate consistently. I actually did a review and one of the managers reached out to me called me and then said I'm going to call you back in 5 minutes and I never heard from them again and I even replied to their email and said are you going to call me back never heard anything
Understaffed, rude at times, and lacks communication. Customers chi in and have no idea what’s goin on, no employees are speaking to customers to let them know what is going on. We just wait and wait until we decide to leave. I wish you all the best. They’re probably coming off rude because of poor management. Worst location in rankin at the moment. You’ll get the wrong order sometimes too. Go to Burger King and few minutes away. Trust.
You want good service, fresh food, and an enjoyable experience then go somewhere else. I have gone 3 times in the past month and all 3 experiences were horrible. I would be embarrassed to say that I am the owner of this establishment. EMBARRASSED! What a joke!!!
