I found a fly ? , I'm guessing it's a fly...in my holiday special peppermint hot cocoa December 2 approximately 9:50 PM. I am so disgusted. This weekend, I will be filing a complaint to the MS health dept online. Next I will follow up with a formal complaint in person. They are the worst customer service I have ever had. They need to learn how not to roll their eyes when a customer asks for something. That was ridiculous!!
Hands down, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistently runs out of basics such as biscuits and drinks. Habitually gets your order wrong. I really cannot fully describe how many ways this place fails. I urge anyone in the area to head down Old Fannin Road to the McDonalds on Spillway Road. Trust me, it's worth the extra few minutes.
