Terrifying customer service. Staff nor manager answer customers when greeeted by customers. They DO NOT want to give out the food items that have monopolyGo game pieces even though customers are paying for them. They ignore you until you say EXCUSE ME 5 thousand times. Absolute fools. The kiosk doesn’t work so when customers place their order they need to immediately go to the front counter while being ignored 5thousand times to request a receipt. Bottom of the barrel individuals working here. Very unpleasant experience.
This place sucks!!!! Currently been in line for 15 mins and I’m the second person waiting to receive food! This is ridiculous!!!
Update 10/24/25. Decided to give it another try. I went to order some food this morning they gave me the order it was wrong then when they corrected the order it was completely cold. On my last review the only response I got was to do the review on the app. Will continue to post every single time here and on Yelp. The food is good but the service is horrible it can be slow at times but more than anything it's just inaccurate consistently.
