Melissa, the store manager listened to my concerns over a missed large order. I know it happens on occasion in all business dealings. She went above and beyond, remade our entire order, and gave me two free meals for future experiences. Management here is respectful and friendly.
Order was incorrect.
Just had a notably exceptional drive thru experience at this location. The lady who took my order was friendly and efficient, the young man to gave us our order was so kind and hospitable, and we were through with our food in hand in just a few minutes! We are from out of town and never experience this speed or service at McDonalds (or any) drive thru anymore. Had to comment! … except I just noticed that they didn’t give me the pie in ordered. Sad!!
